Personalised digital goods

Gifts are personalised digital products created to your specification. Because they are made for you and delivered electronically, they are generally non-refundable once produced.

When a refund applies

We will refund you if a gift fails to deliver due to a technical fault on our side, or if you were charged in error. Refunds do not apply to a change of mind, recipient unavailability, or content you chose to include.

Once the reveal is delivered

A purchase is considered final once the recipient has successfully opened the reveal, as the digital good has then been fully delivered and consumed.

How to request

To request a refund, contact us through the contact page within 14 days of purchase with your order reference and a description of the issue. We aim to review every request promptly and fairly.
