Use of the service
By using Taj Gift you agree to these terms. You must be able to form a binding contract and use the service only for lawful, personal gifting purposes.
Intellectual property
The Taj Gift name, design, and platform are our property. You retain ownership of the content you upload, and you grant us a limited licence to host, process and deliver it solely to provide the gifting service.
Acceptable use
You may not upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content, impersonate others, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service. We may remove content or suspend accounts that breach these terms.
Nature of digital goods
Gifts are personalised digital products delivered electronically via a link, QR code or email. They are made to your specification and have no physical form; availability depends on the recipient being able to open the delivery link.
Liability & changes
The service is provided on an as-is basis to the extent permitted by law. We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
